Paprika Chickpeas and Mixed Vegetables

Paprika Chickpeas and Mixed Vegetables

Serve: 1~2

Ingredients:
- 200g (7oz)Frozen Mixed Vegetables (include Diced Carrots, Green Peas & Sweet Corns, rinsed)
- 100g (3.5oz)Canned Chickpeas (rinsed & drained off)
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1.5 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Paprika Powder
- Pepper

Method:
1. Prepare a microwave-safe container, put chickpeas, mixed vegetables, water, light soy sauce, oil, and paprika powder in. Stir to mix all ingredients well. Put them in the microwave oven and microwave for 5 minutes (850W).*

2. Take them out from the microwave oven. Season with pepper and stir once more. Serve.

* remember to check the watts or your own microwave if higher than 850 you should shorten the cooking time.
